摘 要:FSM(Field Signature Method)即电指纹法,一种新型的管道腐蚀监测技术,监测所用的电极和其他设备均安装在管道外部,可以不受干扰地监测管道内部腐蚀。在介绍FSM方法的基础上,提出了平板模型以及平板模型对FSM检测的作用。对平板模型进行了ANSYS仿真分析和实验验证。理论推导和实际数据处理表明,指纹系数和平板模型厚度变化一一对应,理论厚度变化与实际超声波测得厚度变化吻合程度对提高管道腐蚀检测精度具有重要意义。FSM(Field Signature Method) is a new type of pipeline monitoring technology,all electrodes and other facilities are installed on the external of the pipeline for defects monitoring,it can monitor the internal corrosion without disturbance.This paper,on the basis of introducing field signature method,the flat model and the importance of it for FSM monitoring is proposed,then a study through ANSYS simulation and practical experiment is conducted.The theory analysis and experimental data indicated that there is a one-to-one correspondence between the finger coefficient and the thickness of flat model,the match condition between theory thickness variation and practical thickness variation(detected by ultrasonic) have a significant effect on the accuracy of pipeline monitoring technology.
