摘　　要：从"看病贵"的社会问题入手,以经济学的角度探讨3种不同主体"看病贵"产生的原因。个人主观的看病贵表现为"不值",家庭的看病贵在于"付不起",社会看病贵是"承受不了",并结合医疗保障制度的设计理念,分析医疗保障制度缓解看病贵的内在机理,从而为医疗保障制度的进一步深化完善提供理论依据。Based on the social problem of ＂seeing a doctor expensively＂, the reasons of ＂seeing a doctor expen- sively＂ in 3 different subjects are explored from economics aspect. Individual expensiveness displays ＂no worth＂, family expensiveness displays ＂can＇t afford＂, and social expensiveness displays ＂can＇t stand＂. Combined with the design of medical security system, analysis of the internal mechanism in relieving ＂seeing a doctor expensively＂ is done, thus the advice to deepen the reform of medical insurance system is proposed.
