摘　　要：简述了近几年来石墨烯的制备方法,包括机械剥离法、化学气相沉积法、溶液合成法、外延生长法.并对石墨烯的分数量子霍尔效应、透明性、掺杂特性等性质及应用作了概述.最后,对石墨烯未来的发展作了展望.This paper focuses on describing the current situation and progress of graphene.The growth techniques of graphene in recent years,including mechanical cleavage,chemical vapor deposition(CVD), chemical solution synthesis and epitaxial growth,are summarized.The important and extraordinary properties and progress of graphene,such as fractional Quantum Hall Effect,transparency,doping properties,are introduced.A glimpse toward future developments and applications of graphenne is presented.
