摘  要:用抗β8整合素单克隆抗体,检测星形胶质细胞氧糖剥夺-复氧模型,小鼠死后不同时间肾和脑组织β8整合素表达、定位的变化,绘制光密度平均值-死亡时间曲线,初步推断小鼠个体死亡时间.结果显示缺氧环境中,星形胶质细胞、肾小管上皮细胞和脑胶质细胞β8整合素表达量升高.细胞形态的变化以脑胶质细胞最为明显,β8整合素定位由细胞膜到细胞浆,最后随细胞膜破裂释放到细胞外基质.Image-Pro Plus分析显示,缺氧脑胶质细胞β8整合素表达量在48 h达最高值,绘制的光密度平均值-死亡时间曲线能初步推断小鼠个体死亡的时间.Anti-β8 integrin monoclonal antibody was employed to detect the expression and location of/β8 integrin on astrocytes in a oxygen-glucose deprivation (OGD)reoxygenation model, as well as in kidney and brain in the different time points after postmortem in mice, then a density (mean)postmortem interval curve was drawn to speculate the postmortem interval of mice. It was showed: the expression of /β8 integrin on astrocytes, tubular epithelial cells and glial cells was increased in hypoxia. The location of β8 integrin transfered from cytomembrane to cytoplasm,and finally/β8integrin was released to extracellular matrix along with fracture of cytomembrane. Image Pro Plus analysis indicated that β8 integrin expression of glial cells peaked at 48 h in hypoxia. The curve of density (mean)postmortem interval was able to speculate the postmortem interval accurately.
