大承气汤对大鼠重症急性胰腺炎模型肠黏膜血流量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨大承气汤对大鼠重症急性胰腺炎模型肠黏膜血流量的影响。方法:将雄性SD大鼠54只,随机分为假手术(SO)组、重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)组及大承气汤(DCQD)组,每组18只,分别于造模后6h、12h、24h各取6只观察腹腔大体情况,采用激光多普勒流量计检测回肠黏膜的血流量。结果:SAP组各时间点回肠黏膜血流量较SO组显著下降,有显著性差异(P<0.05);DCQD组各时间点肠黏膜血流量较SAP组有所升高,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:SAP大鼠的肠道黏膜血流量减少,且随着时间推移而逐渐下降,大承气汤能增加肠黏膜血流量,改善SAP大鼠肠道的血流状况,改善肠道微循环。Objective：To discuss the effects of Dachengqi Decoction on gut mucosal blood flow in severe acute pancreatitis model of rats.Methods：54 male SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation（SO）group,severe acute pancreatitis（SAP）group,and Dachengqi Decoction（DCQD）group,18 rats in each group.The general peritoneal condition of 6 rats in each group were observed at 6h,12h,and 24h respectively after model made.The ileum mucosal blood flow was tested by laser doppler flowmeter.Results：The ileum mucosal blood flow at each time point in SAP group was decreased significantly（P0.05）as compared with that in SO group;and the gut mucosal blood flow at each time point in DCQD group was increased slightly as compared with SAP group,the difference was significant between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：The gut mucosal blood flow decreases in SAP rats,and gradually decreases over time.Dachengqi Decoction can increase the gut mucosal blood flow,improve intestine blood flow situation,and improve intestinal microcirculation.
