秦皇岛市北戴河区社区居民的糖尿病流行特征

摘　　要：目的为了掌握秦皇岛北戴河区社区居民糖尿病的患病情况及影响发病的危险因素,探讨社区居民中糖尿病的防治对策。方法对抽样人群采用入户调查方式,集中采血测定血糖,填写统一设计的调查表格。结果北戴河区社区居民糖尿病患病率为14.35%,其中男性高于女性;60岁以上人群明显高发;不同文化程度人群中患病率呈现出文化程度提高患病率降低的态势;不同收入人群中的患病率呈现出中间略低两头略高的态势;不同体重指数人群中,体重正常的患病率明显低于超重和肥胖的患病率。结论糖尿病是该区社区居民中一种常见、高发病。性别、年龄、吸烟情况、精神因素、饮食习惯和肥胖可能是导致糖尿病的诱发因素。[Objective]To master the epidemic status and risk factors of diabetes among community residents in Beidaihe District of Qinhuangdao City,study the diabetes control measures among community residents. [Methods]Using the household survey,residents received the blood collection for detecting blood glucose,and filled in the unified design questionnaire. [Results]The prevalence rate of diabetes among community residents in Beidaihe District was 14.35%,and that in males was higher than that in females.People over 60 years old had high prevalence rate.The prevalence rate of diabetes decreased with the increasing of education level.Among people with different income,the prevalence rate showed as maximum value in the middle and minimum value in the two sides.The prevalence rate of diabetes in residents with normal weight was higher than that in overweight and obese residents. [Conclusion]The diabetes is a common disease in community residents in Beidaihe district,which has a high prevalence rate.The possible diabetes inducing factors include gender,age,smoking,mental factors,dietary habits and obesity.
