摘 要:目的了解上海市某区公共场所集中空调卫生状况,为今后开展公共场所集中空调卫生监督监测提供工作依据。方法对2007—2011年某区公共场所集中空调卫生监测资料进行汇总分析。结果风管中积尘量合格率为87.08%,细菌、真菌总数合格率分别为87.64%、95.51%;送风中PM10合格率为75.84%;送风中细菌,真菌总数合格率分别为63.48%、82.02%,β-溶血性链球菌检测均为阴性。结论该区公共场所集中空调通风系统内各环节均存在不同程度污染,对人群健康构成潜在的危害,通过清洗消毒可大幅度降低污染水平。应加强卫生监管,加大卫生监督管理力度。[Objective]To understand the sanitation conditions of central ventilation and air conditioning systems in public places of a District of Shanghai,and provide the evidence for its sanitary supervision and surveillance [Methods]Data about central ventilation and air conditioning systems from 2007-2011 was collected and analyzed. [Results]The qualified rate of deposit dust amount in vent pipe,total bacterial count and total fungi count was 87.08%,87.64%,95.51%,respectively.The qualified rate of total bacterial count,total fungi count and PM10 level in blowing air was 63.48%,82.02% and 75.84% respectively.β hemolytic streptococcus ware not detected. [Conclusion]Different degrees of contamination exist in central ventilation and air conditioning systems in public places,which possess the potential danger to public health.Cleaning and disinfection can greatly reduce the contamination level.The hygiene supervision and management should be strengthened in the future.
