摘　　要：首先介绍了电路板检测系统的硬件结构,及各子系统的硬件设计;然后介绍了基于数据库的系统软件设计思想,提出系统软件的实现方案;最后给出电路板上典型信号检测的实现。该系统在设计过程中,尽量采用成熟技术,用软件代替硬件,具有即插即用、便携性好、可扩展性强等特点,实现了电路板的自动化检测,提高了维修人员对电路板的维修保障能力。实际应用表明,该检测系统满足多型电路板的检测要求。First of all,introduces the designs of the hardware of the circuit board test system subsystem.Then introduces the method of system software designing based on database,and gives the scheme of system software.Completes the typical signal test on circuit board at last.The system uses the mature technology,and uses software to take places of hardware.The system can plug and play,is portable and scalable,achieves the automated test of the circuit on board test equipment,improves the capacity of force to maintenance and support such circuit board.The practical applications shows the test system meets the test requirement of various circuit board.
