摘 要:采用共沉淀法和浸渍法制备Cu和Fe掺杂的六铝酸盐催化剂(SrCuxFe1-xAl11O19-δ,x为0、0.2、0.4、0.5、0.6、0.8和1),通过XRD、TPR和BET等方法对催化剂的结构及性能进行研究,并考察催化剂脱硝的催化活性。结果表明,用碳酸铵作为沉淀剂,在1 200℃焙烧4 h,可以形成完整的六铝酸盐晶型,Cu和Fe能够取代Al3+,很好地促进六铝酸盐晶体结构的形成。SrCuxFe1-xAl11O19-δ催化剂具有较高的脱硝催化活性,此类型的催化剂在含硫环境、温度不超过800℃和空速6 000 h-1条件下,NO转化率均达到90%以上。在SrCuxFe1-xAl11O19-δ六铝酸盐催化剂中,Fe为催化脱硝的主要活性元素,掺杂一定量的Cu有利于提升脱硝效果。Cu and Fe substituted hexaaluminate catalysts ( SrCuxFe1-x Alll O19-8, x = 0,0. 2,0. 4,0. 5, 0.6,0.8,1 ) were prepared with co-precipitation and impregnation method. The structure and physico- chemical properties of the as-prepared samples were characterized by means of XRD, TPR and BET tech- niques. The activity of the catalysts for deNOx were investigated in a miniature fixed bed reactor. The results showed that the catalyst prepared by using (NH4 )2CO3 as the precipitant under 1 200 ℃ calcination for 4 h possessed complete crystal form of hexaaluminate. Cu and Fe contributed to forming the hexaaluminate lattice due to their good synergistic reaction. SrCux SrCuxFe1-x Alll O19-8 catalysts exhibited higher catalytic activity for deNOx and NO conversion rates of more than 90% over the catalysts were attained under the reaction condition as follows:SO2 environment, reaction temperature less than 800 ℃ and space velocity 6 000 h^-1. In SrCuxFe1-x Alll O19-8 catalysts,Fe was the main active element for deNOx reaction and doping Cu was beneficial to file denitrification effect enhancement of the catalysts.
