摘　　要：在实际工程中,通过比较分析及Fluent模拟计算,找出了烟气流动过程中存在的问题。针对模拟结果分析,采取相应措施对加热炉排烟系统进行改进,达到预期的节能效果。实践表明,烟道内换热器前后烟道走向应避免拐弯;Fluent的烟气模拟在实际工程施工中具有一定的指导意义和广阔的开发应用前景。In practical projects, through the comparative analysis and the Fluent simulation, the existing problem of the gas flow is found out. Aiming at analysis of the simulation result, the corresponding measures are taken to improve the smoke exhaust system of the reheating furnace, and the prospective energy saving effect is achieved. The practice shows that the flue before and after the heat exchanger should avoid turn. The Fluent simulation of smoke has some direction significance and vast development and application prospect in the actual engineering construction.
