摘　　要：随着长大隧道建设的快速发展,科学、专业、适用的隧道安全保护条例的制订更显必要与迫切。文中就制订的原则、应涉及的内容、技术路线等进行了论述。希能有助于不同工法、不同规模长大隧道的安全保护。为隧道安全管理提供技术标准和依据。With the rapid development of long and large road tunnel,it becomes increasingly necessary and urgent to draw up a scientific and applicable regulation for road tunnel safety protection.The paper discusses the principle,involved contents and technical route for setting up the regulation,which will be a technical standard and reference for safety management of tunnel constructed by different construction methods and with different scales.
