摘　　要：通过对自2007年以来,上海市交通运输行业协会轨道交通专业委员会接受政府委托,组织完成的上海、深圳、成都、天津等地537km轨道交通新线试运营基本条件评审中千余条整改意见进行了整理和归纳,围绕确保运营安全和满足基本服务要求两大关键目标,对轨道交通建设和运营衔接中出现的常见问题,特别是影响安全运营的主要缺陷及原因进行了分析,提出相关的建议,以确保建设与运营的平稳过渡。Since 2007,the Rail Transit Committee of Shanghai Transportation Trade Association,commissioned by the government,has organized and assessed the trial operation basic condition of 537km newly built rail transit lines in Shanghai,Shenzhen,Chengdu,and Tianjin.During the assessment,a thousand pieces of comments has been proposed.Based on these comments,with the aims of ensuring operational safety and meeting the main service,analysis is made to the common issues in the interface of construction and operation,especially to the main defects and causes influencing the safety of operation.Some suggestions are given to ensure a smooth transition of the construction and operation.
