摘　　要：概述了单片机与PC机间串行口通信的基本电路,介绍了在Delphi环境下利用SPComm控件进行串行口通信的设计和利用Raise Components控件进行PC机界面的设计,完成了基于PC机的能量管理系统的开发。通过实验验证了该系统的有效性和可行性。This paper summaries the fundamental circuit of serial-port communication between single chip and PC computer,introduces the realization of serial-port communication using SPComm controls under the environment of Delphi and the design of PC interface using Raise Components,then explains the achievement of the up-posting computer energy management system.Experimental results have proved that the system is quite feasible and effective.
