摘　　要：文中主要介绍了动力环境集中监控系统所监控的对象和测点,结合武汉电信监控系统建设的实际,探讨了选取监控测点应力求精简、考虑实际;以遥测、遥信为主,遥控和遥视为辅等原则,并由此构建了一个本地网监控系统的取点方案,为动力环境集中监控数据采集系统的设计优化提出了理论分析和实际经验。This paper mainly introduces a power and environment centralized monitoring system for monitoring objects and the measuring point,analyzes selecting monitoring measure point should strive to simplify and consider actual combined with the practice of Wuhan telecom monitoring system construction.Dominated by telemetry and remote signal,remote control and remote inspection as a secondary principle,builds a programme monitoring system in local network access points,optimizes for data acquisition system design of power and environment centralized monitoring and presents a theoretical analysis and practical experience.
