摘　　要：学术期刊论文质量不仅与作者相关,而且与编辑行为密切相关,学术期刊编辑行为对于提升论文的质量起着至关重要的作用。要有效提升学术期刊论文质量,学术期刊编辑应该主动作为,初审中多角度把握论文质量,提高送审稿件的有效性,严把编校质量关,从而确保期刊传播学术成果的高质量。The article quality of an academic journal does not solely depend upon the efforts of authors,but also has a close relationship with the work on the part of journal editors,who play a crucial role in promoting the article quality.Consequently,the editors involved should work actively to check the article quality against various standards in the preliminary reading,improve the efficiency of manuscripts sent out for peer-reading,and control the quality of editing and correcting,so as to ensure a high quality for academic journals in disseminating scientific knowledge and discoveries.
