摘 要:近来,许多作者报道,一些原因不明的男性或女性不孕者有抗精子抗体。然而,抗精子抗体的抗生育机制并不完全清楚。本文研究了兔抗大鼠抗精子抗体在体外介导大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬精子的作用。结果表明,抗精子抗体能调理大鼠巨噬细胞吞噬大鼠精子;在抗体介导下吞噬百分率和吞噬指数均明显增加。扫描电镜下观察到精子被巨噬细胞折曲、包裹或吞没.实验说明,抗精子抗体可以通过增强巨噬细胞对精子的吞噬作用而参与抗精子免疫应答.More recently, a high incidence of antisperm antibodies in men and women with unexplained in fertility has been reported by many authors. However, the antisperm antibodies may play a role in mediating in fertility by interacting with sperm. The effect of antisperm antibodies on the phagocytosis of rat peritoneal macrophages were studied in vitro. The results indicated that opsonization of rat sperm by rabbit anti-rat sperm antibodies increases both the percentage of phagocytosis and phagocytic index apparently. The engulfed sperm when observed by SEM were bended and wrapped up. It seems likely that antisperm antibodies enhanced phagocytosis by macrophages may take part in the antisperm immune responses.
