摘 要:通过精浆免疫抑制可逆性实验,精浆对淋巴细胞表面蛋白影响:白细胞趋化运动及巨噬细胞吞噬等试验,研究短时间与人精浆接触对人淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞的生物合成和免疫功能的影响。结果表明人精浆有不可逆影响活化淋巴细胞合成DNA;RNA和蛋白的能力,但不影响细胞表面蛋白的表达。提示人精液中的淋巴细胞已受精浆中某些物质所麻痹。然而人精浆并不影响巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,通过人精浆中的某些趋化因子可将巨噬细胞吸引到有精浆的部位。Lymphocytes and macrophages in human semen may function in immune defense mechanisms and serve as vectors in transmission of the human immunode(?)iciency virus (HIV). It is known that seminal plasma affects lymphocyte and macrophage activities in long term culture. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect (s) of short term exposure to human seminal plasma on lymphocyte and macrophage biosynthetic and immune defense functions. It was found that one hour exposure to HSP irreversibly affected the ability of activated T lymphocytes to synthesize DNA, RNA and protein. However, HSP did not affect cell surface expression of the key immunoregulatory molecules HLA-A, B, C, HLA-Dr and IL-2 receptor, or expression of the CD4 antigen, which is the HIV receptor. HSP had a selective positive chemotactic effect on macrophages and had no effect on macrophage phagocytic activity. These data suggest that T lymphocytes in human semen are irreversibly paralyzed by seminal plasma. Macrophage function is less affected and additional macrophages may be attracted to the insemination site by HSP chemotactic factor (s).
