藏北某部常驻在海拔4500m以上官兵的高原血压异常情况

摘　　要：目的了解藏北某部常驻海拔4 500 m以上高原地区官兵血压异常的发生情况。方法由医疗工作人员携带仪器设备到藏北某海拔4 500 m以上地区官兵驻地进行健康检查,项目包括病史询问、常规查体及一些相关的辅助检查,并对高原血压异常的发生情况及高原血压异常官兵的症状体征进行统计分析。结果该次调查藏北某部常驻海拔4 500 m以上地区官兵643名,高原血压异常251例,占39.04%;其中高原高血压25例(占3.89%),高原低血压189例,占29.39%;单纯高原脉压差异常,占5.75%。汉族224例,藏族18例,彝族5例,壮族2例,哈尼族1例,土家族1例。高原血压异常官兵常见症状依次有记忆下降、头昏、胸闷、失眠、头痛、体重减轻、多梦、心慌、疲乏、食欲下降、耳鸣、眩晕、浮肿等,以上症状发生率达26.29%～0.40%。结论由于高原低氧的影响,包括世居藏族在内的藏北某部常驻海拔4500 m以上地区官兵高原血压异常的发生率较高,应加强保健和防治措施。[Objective]To study the development state of dysarteriotony of officers and soldiers stationed at above altitude of 4 500 m from a unit in Northern Tibet.[Methods]The medical workers carried instrumentation to the place where soldiers stationed in Northern Tibet at above 4 500 m for health examination.The items included medical record inquisition,routine physical examination and some related auxiliary examination.The development state,symptoms and physical sign of high altitude dysarteriotony of officers and soldiers were analyzed statistically.[Results]This investigation included 643 officers and soldiers from a unit in Northern Tibet at above altitude of 4 500 m,251（39.04%） were identified as high altitude dysarteriotony,among which,25（3.89%）had high altitude hypertension,189（29.39%） had high altitude hypotension,5.75% had pure pulse pressure difference abnormity,224 cases were Han nationality,18 were Tibetan nationality,5 of Yi nationality,2 of Zhuang,1 of Hani,and 1 of Tujia.The officers and soldiers who suffered from high altitude dysarteriotony had common symptoms such as memory decreased,dizziness,chest distress,insomnia,headache,body weight loss,much dream,flustered,fatigue,loss of appetite,tinnitus,dizziness,edema in order.The above symptoms incidence rates were 26.29%-0.40%.[Conclusion]]Due to high altitude hypoxia influence,the incidence rate of high altitude dysarteriotony of officers and soldiers stationed at above altitude of 4 500 m from a unit in Northern Tibet is relatively high.It is necessary to strengthen the health protection and control measures.
