2006—2010年沈阳市东陵区流行性腮腺炎疫情分析

摘　　要：目的分析沈阳市东陵区近年来流行性腮腺炎发病水平和流行特征,探讨控制对策,为制订流行性腮腺炎防制规划提供科学依据。方法利用描述流行病学方法对沈阳市东陵区2006—2010年流行性腮腺炎疫情报告资料进行分析。结果 2006—2010年沈阳市东陵区流行性腮腺炎年均报告发病率为101.87/10万,各年度发病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);5—7月、1月及12月报告发病数分别占全年报告发病数的33.31%、25.20%;男女性别比为1.7∶1,男性年均报告发病率为126.84/10万,女性年均报告发病率为76.28/10万,男女流行性腮腺炎年均报告发病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。发病年龄以4～14岁年龄组为主,占74.19%;学生、幼托儿童报告发病数分别占全部报告发病数的61.32%、18.49%。结论加强学校和托幼机构传染病防治工作领导,落实各项防控措施;健全各项规章制度,实施规范化管理;开展流行性腮腺炎流行趋势预测,及时做出预警分析;加强卫生宣传和健康教育,提高人群防范意识和水平;做好暴发疫情的应急处理,有效控制疫情蔓延。[Objective]To analyze the incidence level and epidemic features of mumps in Dongling District of Shenyang City,to discuss the control measures,and provide scientific evidence for developing mumps prevention planning.[Methods]Descriptive epidemiology was adopted to analyze the mumps epidemic report of Dongling District of Shenyang City from 2006-2010.[Results]The annual report incidence of mumps was 101.87/100 000 in Dongling District of Shenyang City from 2006-2010,the difference between years was significant（P0.01）.The cases reported in May-July and January and December were 33.31% and 25.20% of total report cases in one year.The ratio of male to female was 1.7∶1,the annual report incidence of male was 126.84/100 000,and that of female was 76.28/100 000,the difference was significant（P0.01）.Children age 4-14 occupied 74.19%;61.32% and 18.49% cases were students and preschool children.[Conclusion]It is necessary to strengthen the leadership of prevention and control of infectious diseases in schools and nursery institution,to implement all prevention and control measures,to perfect each rules and regulations,to implement standardized management,to forecast epidemic trend of mumps,to make timely warning analysis,to strengthen health propaganda and health education,to improve the crowd guard consciousness and level,to deal well with epidemic outbreak,and effectively control the infectious diseases spread
