摘　　要：分析三种医疗保障制度卫生服务利用公平性。利用入户调查数据,比较三种保障制度卫生服务需要、利用状况,采用集中指数评价其公平性。三种制度的门诊公平性较好,住院公平性较差,新农合住院公平性最差。因此,应提高新农合和城镇居民的住院补偿水平,积极推动三种保障制度统筹,增加居民经济收入,提高卫生服务利用公平性。It analyzes the equity of utilization of health service under three basic medical schemes, and compares the needs and utilization of health services, and compares the equity of utilization of health service with concentration index by house- hold survey data. The equity of utilization of outpatient services is better than the equity of inpatient utilization, which should be improved. Therefore, the government should improve the level of compensation of inpatient utilization service under new rural cooperative medical and urban residents＇ schemes, and also to increase the resident＇s income and integrate three basic medical schemes improve the equity of utilization of health service.
