摘　　要：目的探讨TB型子宫内膜治疗仪治疗功能性子宫出血的护理方法。方法回顾性分析30例患者用TB型子宫内膜治疗仪治疗功能性子宫出血的临床观察和护理。结果 30例患者均顺利通过TB型子宫内膜治疗仪的治疗,术后闭经或点滴量22例,月经明显减少7例,有效率为96.67%;月经减少不明显1例,无效率为3.33%,未出现子宫穿孔、邻近脏器热损伤、感染等并发症。结论加强对TB型子宫内膜治疗仪治疗功能性子宫出血患者的心理护理及相关护理,是保证手术的安全和成功的关键因素之一。Objective To evaluate the clinical nursing care way of dysfunctional uterine bleeding with TB-type endometrial ablator.Methods Thirty patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding who diagnosed and treated by TB-type endometrial ablator were followed up and we compared the clinical observation and nursing care.Results Thirty patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding carried on completely under the TB-type endometrial ablator,The apparent effective rate was 96.67%,22 patients were amenorrhea;7 patients had were hypomenorrhea;The inefficiency rate was 3.33%,There was no complications,such as infection and uterine injuries.Conclusion Enhance the clinical nursing care of dysfunctional uterine bleeding with TB-type endometrial ablator was the important factor to assure the treatment＇s safety and efficiency.
