中西医结合治疗慢性肾盂肾炎的远期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性肾盂肾炎的远期疗效。方法观察对象为2007年1月至2010年12月。门诊及住院符合慢性肾盂肾炎诊断标准的患者,共221例,女性159例、男性62例,病程3.5~13.6年。随机分为治疗组（肾炎康复片＋抗生素＋对症处理＋心理护理）;对照组（抗生素＋对症处理＋心理护理）。疗程均为正规治疗12周。追踪随访3年。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为83.33%和59.15%。两组疗效差异有显著性（χ2=15.2576,P〈0.01）。结论治疗组远期疗效明显高于对照组。Objective The aim of this study was to obsever The long-term effect observational that The combination Chinese and Western medical therapy chronic pyelonephritis.Methods Participants with documented chronic pyelonephritis.Patients were follow-up an average of 3 years.221 of the patients with chronic pyelonephritis were divided into treatment groups and control groups.The distance of treatment for regular was 12 weeks.Results The total effect rate in treatment groups and control groups is 83.33% with 59.15%（χ2=15.2576,P0.01）.Conclusions This study show that a long-term treatment effect of treatment groups is obvious higher than control groups.
