摘  要:目的探讨肥胖大学生体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)与血脂、血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)的相关性及其临床意义。方法 2010年入学体检大学生中以自愿参加方式,分组BMI≥25kg/m2大学生55例设为肥胖组(n=55),BMI<25kg/m2大学生92例设为对照组(n=92),两组学生均无慢性内科疾患。测定两组血脂,直接竞争ELISA法测定血清同型半胱氨酸水平。结果两组比较,肥胖组血清TG水平高于对照组,HDL-c低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组比较TC、LDL-c无显著差异(P>0.05);肥胖组血清Hcy高于对照组;肥胖组大学生BMI与TG水平呈正相关(r=0.325,P<0.05),BMI与血清Hcy水平呈正相关(r=0.321,P<0.05)。结论肥胖大学生易发生动脉粥样硬化性疾病,防治大学生肥胖是高校教育需重视的问题。Objective To investigate the correlation of body mass index(BMI),serum lipids and plasma homocysteine(Hcy) in obese college student and their clinical significances.Methods 147 new college students of 2010 who were volunteers were included,The subjects were divided into two groups according to BMI: obese group(BMI≥25kg/m2,n=55),control group(25kg/m2,n= 92),and they were healthy and have no history of chronic diseases,Levels of serum lipids were measured,and Plasma Hcy were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results Levels of TG in obese group were higher than control group(P0.01),and levels of HDL-c in obese group were lower than control group(P0.01).Levels of plasma Hcy in obese group were higher than control group(P0.05).Significant correlation between TG level and BMI(r= 0.325,P0.05);No correlation between HDL-c and BMI;Significant correlation between Hcy level and BMI(r=0.321,P0.05).Conclusion Overweight and obesity will negatively affect the health condition of college students.Obese college student is associated with a remarkable increase in risk of arteriosclerosis disease.
