摘  要:针对磁场调制式永磁齿轮内部结构复杂、磁路计算时参数众多、结构设计时各项参数选择难度较大等问题,在原理分析的基础上,建立了适于Ansoft分析的仿真模型,并对其结构参数进行了仿真与优化。详细分析了传动比固定时机构各参数与所传递转矩的关系及变化规律,并基于单个参数的优化基础,对该机构传动参数进行了综合优化。The internal configuration and the structural parameters of the field modulated permanent magnetic gear is very complicated,there are so many parameters in calculating the magnetic circuit.Because of these,it's very difficult to determine the dimension of every part of the gear.An Ansoft analysis model based on the operation principal of the gear is built to study the structural parameters' impact on the gear's transmission characteristics.The relationship between these parameters and the torque characteristics is analyzed in detail when the gear ratio was fixed.Then the synthesis optimization is executed here on the basis of the above results.
