摘  要:介绍了一种通过摩擦半球实现牵引传动的IVT传动系统的结构特点和工作原理。通过主从动件之间刚性连接产生的滚动摩擦传递转矩,加压机构在调速控制机构的带动下改变主从动件之间的相对位置,从而得到无限连续变化的传动比。动力最终通过与从动轴相连的十字轴式万向联轴器输出,实现了非定轴传动的动力的连续变化。运用MATLAB得到调速控制机构行程与传动比的特性曲线,充分表明通过改变调速控制机构的行程即可实现在理论意义上无限无级变速的最终目的。为新一代IVT传动系统的进一步优化和发展提供了一定的参考价值。The structural characteristics and working principle of an IVT(Infinitely Variable Transmission)system with the traction transmission implemented by a pair of friction hemisphere introduced.Torque is transmitted by rolling friction which is generated through the rigid connection between the driving link and driven link.Compressed mechanism is driven by speed control mechanism to change the relative position between the pair of links,resulting in infinitely and continuously variable transmission ratio.Power is ultimately output through cross shaft universal coupling connected with the driven shaft so that it can bring about a variable power of continuous change.Using MATLAB,the curve of displacement between speed control mechanism and drive ratio is obtained,the result shows that transmission ratio continuously change within an infinite range can be realized by changing the displacement of speed control mechanism in theory.In the conclusion,this system provides a profitable reference for the further optimization and development of a new generation of IVT.
