摘  要:针对开关电源变换器(Switch mode power supply,SMPS)传导电磁干扰噪声源内阻抗提取问题,本文基于传统电压插入损耗法提出了一种功率插入损耗噪声源内阻抗提取方法。根据测试系统在被测噪声源加载前后功率损耗原理,通过校准测试系统自身的功率插入损耗,得到被测设备噪声源内阻抗。本文方法无需预估被测设备噪声源内阻抗,测试方法简便。理论研究与实验结果表明,本文方法进行快速、有效的提取被测设备噪声源内阻抗,从而为EMI滤波器设计提供理论依据。To optimize the extraction method of conducted electromagnetic interference (EMI) noise source impedance for switch mode power supply (SMPS), the power method is proposed to extract conducted EMI noise source impedance, based on the voltage inserting loss method. The noise source impedance can be extracted by calibrating the self-power inserting loss of the test system according to the noise source before and after loading. The estimated noise source impedance is unnecessary in the proposed method. Therefore, the testing process can be simplified. Theoretical and experimental results show that the noise source impedance can be quickly and effectively extracted by the method, thus providing a theoretical basis for EMI filter design.
