摘  要:对大型原油储罐用12MnNiVR钢的焊接冷裂纹敏感性、手弧焊、埋弧焊、气电立焊试验及性能进行研究。结果表明,12MnNiVR钢板具有优异的焊接性能,可承受大线能量焊接(≤100kJ/cm),完全满足10万m3原油储罐的使用要求,可取代进口钢板。大量晶内针状铁素体有利于气电立焊接头热影响区获得良好的综合性能。The welding cold crack sensitivity and weldability of hand welding,Submerged Arc welding and VEGA of 12MnNiVR steel for large crude oil storage tanks have been researched and the properties of 12MnNiVR steel analyzed.The results show that the 12MnNiVR steel in possession of very well weldability can undertake large linear energy welding(≤100 kJ/cm)and thus will be able to satisfy the need of 100 000 m3 crude oil tank and it can replace the imported steel plate.Existence of large quantity of intragranular acicular ferrite is very beneficial to achievement of very excellent comprehensive properties in the HAZ of the gas-electric welding joint.
