摘　　要：DC04钢通过冷轧变形提高其强度,在部分再结晶区域进行去应力退火,并合理控制其保温时间,成功生产出屈服强度Rp0.2≥550MPa,冷弯性能d=0,180°合格的冷普板和镀锌板,可广泛应用于特种防护箱、轻钢结构房屋等领域。The common cold rolled steel sheets and galvanized steel sheets with yied strength Rp0.2≥550 MPa and cold bending performance d=0,180° have been successfully produced using DC04 steel as the starting materials by way of cold roll deformation to increase its strength,annealing in partial section to relieve stress and properly controlling the temperature-hold time.The products can be widely used in many fields such as the special protective housing and lightweight steel construction.
