慢性阻塞性肺疾病研究进展及中医治疗的思考

摘　　要：文章客观介绍了慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)在病因、发病机制、肺功能、表型研究方面的新进展,指出COPD稳定期的特点,强调稳定期的治疗、减少急性发作对于COPD患者的重要性,制定COPD辨证论治的个体化诊疗方案,建立系统生物学与中医证候相结合的"系统-系统"的研究,实现临床与实验室相结合,为COPD的系统研究提供思路。There were some research progresses in this article including the etiology,the pathogenesis,the lung function and the phenotype. It was important that the COPD therapy should emphasis the stable stage therapy and reduce the acute attack. The scheme of diagnosis and treatment, the combination of systems biology and tradition- al Chinese medicine and the integration of clinic and laboratory were provided idea of COPD study.
