摘　　要：通过对思虑内涵的诠释,明确提出中医思虑过度状态的概念,分析其致病之本、致病之变和致病之位,表明其致病规律和辨识特点,为临床早期辨识和干预思虑过度状态,以截断疾病的发生和发展,具有极其重要的价值。Based on the thought of deliberation ,we clearly putted forward the deliberation state concept in TCM. By analysis of pathogenic origin,pathogenic chang and pathogenic position,it indicated the pathogenic regularity and identification features.It had the extremely important value to truncate the occurrence and development of disease by clinical early identification and intervention for state of over deliberation.
