摘 要:目的观察电针疗法能否有效地减轻缺血脑组织的病理损伤。方法采用改良线栓法制备局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,电针取穴百会、水沟、足三里;观察各组脑组织神经元超微结构的变化情况。结果 缺血再灌注后脑组织神经元超微结构有病理性改变,但电针各组病理改变较相同时较模型组病理改变较轻。结论运用电针治疗可有效减轻脑组织病理损伤。Objective:To investigate the effects of electro-acupuncture on ultrastructure of brain tissue in rats with focal cerebral ischemia. Methods:The model were established by the modified suture-occluded method. After being used electroacupuncture acupoints including Baihui (DU20), Shuigou (DU26) and Zusanli (ST36), these rats were observed the brain neuronal uhrastructure changes. Results:The ischemia neuronal ultrastructure patho- logical in these models were changed. However, changes in the electroacupuncture groups were lighter than those in the model group. Conclusion:The acupuncture therapy could effectively reduce the brain tissue pathological injury.
