摘  要:目的观察养心康片对慢性心功能不全模型兔左心功能和心肌细胞超微结构的影响。方法应用结扎兔冠状动脉的方法建立兔慢性心力衰竭动物模型;随机分为模型组、卡托普利组、养心康片低、中、高剂量组,并设立空白对照组,每组5只。造模后第5日开始灌胃给药。卡托普利组给予卡托普利1.2 mg/kg;养心康片低、中、高剂量组分别给予养心康片0.17、0.51、1.53 g/kg,每日1次,共4周。观察养心康片对心衰模型兔心功能和心肌超微结构的影响。结果 模型组的左室舒张末容积最大,与养心康片中、高剂量组比较,差异有统计学意义;模型组的左室射血分数值最低,与养心康片中、高剂量组比较,差异有统计学意义。养心康片各组的心肌超微结构有不同程度的改善。结论养心康片可以改善心衰模型兔心功能,改善心肌细胞的超微结构。Objective:To observe the effects of Yangxinkang Tablet on uhrastructure of myocardium in rabbit model with chronic heart failure. Methods:The heart failure animal models made by blocking rabbit left anterior descending coronary artery were divided randomly into the model group,the captopril group,the Yangxinkang Tablet low-dose group,the Yangxinkang Tablet middle-dose group and the Yangxinkang Tablet high-dose group. The blank control group was also established. After building the model,these rabbits were intragastric administra- tion in the fifth day. Captopril group were administrated captopril with 1.2 mg/kg. The Yangxinkang Tablet low- dose ,middle dose and high-dose group were administrated Yangxinkang Tablet with 0.17 g/kg,0.51 g/kg and 1.53 g/kg respectively. Above Intragastric administrations were once a day and lasted for 4 weeks. Effects of Yangxinkang Tablet on cardiac function and ultrastructure of myocardium in rabbit model with heart failure were observed. Results:The LVEDV of model group was maximum,compared with that of middle dose group and high dose group. The difference among them were statistically significant. Meanwhile, the LVEF of model group was the lowest, compared with that of middle dose group and high dose group. The differences among them were statisti- cally significant. Yangxinkang Tablet groups improved the myocardial cell structures of the rabbit model with chronic heart failure in difference degrees. Conclusion:Yangxinkang Tablet can improve cardiac function and the myocardial cell structures of the rabbit model with chronic heart failure.
