通肺平哮汤对豚鼠哮喘模型肺内SP阳性纤维变化的影响

摘　　要：目的观察通肺平哮汤对卵蛋白致敏哮喘豚鼠小气道SP阳性纤维表达的影响,探讨通肺平哮汤治疗哮喘的机制。方法 40只健康雄性Hartley系豚鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、地塞米松组和通肺平哮汤组。用卵白蛋白致敏,激发构建哮喘豚鼠模型,用免疫组化方法检测SP阳性纤维在豚鼠肺内的表达。结果 通肺平哮汤组和地塞米松组SP阳性纤维则较模型组显著减少,通过模型组肺组织HE切片电镜观察证实该组气道壁及肺间质中嗜酸性粒细胞大量浸润,气道平滑肌层增厚,管腔狭窄,毛细血管内皮肿胀。结论通肺平哮汤可抑制气道炎症反应,且加速SP降解,抑制神经源性炎症而发挥治疗哮喘的作用。Objective：To observe the effect and the mechanism of Tonffeipingchuan Decoction on SP immunore- active fibers of guinea pigs with asthma models induced by egg albumin. Methods：40 health Hartley male guinea pigs were divided randomly into the blank control group,the pathological model group,the dexamethasone group and the Tongfeipingchuan Decoction group. After the asthma model induced by egg albumin,the SP immunoreac- rive fibers expressions were detected by immunohistochemistry method. Results：Compared with the model group, the SP immuuoreactive fibers expressions were decreased in the Tongfeipingchuan Decoction group and the dex- amethasone group. From the HE sections of lung tissue in the model group ,there were eosinphil invasion in airway wall and pulmonary interstitial. Meanwhile, the airway smooth muscle was thickening and the airway bureaucratese was stenosis. Moreover, the capillary endothelial was swollen. Conclusion：Tongfeipingchuan Decoction can inhibit the inflammatory reaction of airway and the neurogenic inflammation. Also,it can accelerate the SP immunoreac- tive fibers degradation.
