摘  要:目的观察急救穴刺血疗法对实验性脑缺血再灌流大鼠大脑皮层和海马c-fos mRNA的影响。方法结扎双侧颈总动脉复制大鼠全脑缺血再灌注模型,在再灌注不同时间点取相应穴位刺血治疗,以RT-PCR法检测相关脑区c-fos mRNA含量。结果 大鼠全脑缺血后缺血+刺血组不同时间点大脑皮层和海马区c-fosmRNA表达明显增加。结论刺血可促进脑内c-fos mRNA表达,它可能通过与DNA的结合而调节其他基因的表达,从而成为对外界各种刺激的第三信使,影响细胞的生长、分化及再生等控制而达到神经保护作用。Objective:To explore the effect of pricking blood therapy on emergency points on c-los mRNA ex- pressions in cerebral cortex and hippocampus part of experimental ischemia rat. Methods:Models tied up the rats' carotid artery of both side were given the pricking blood therapy in several time points and checked the e-los mRNA expressions by the RT-PCR method. Results:These c-los mRNA expressions were increased obviously in the cerebral cortex and the hippocampus part. Conclusion:Pricking blood therapy on emergency points can pro- mote the expression of c-los mRNA in cerebral cortex and hippocampus area which can combine with DNA to regulate the expression of other genes and become the third message to affect the growth ,differentiation and re^ernation nf cell to conserve nerve.
