摘　　要：随着BOT模式在公路行业运用越来越多,民众、媒体对于投资者合理回报远超预期愈加关注,审计如何客观、公正地对公路BOT项目融资谈判决策进行问责值得思考。With the more and more applying of BOT mode in highway industry,public and media pay more attention on investors obtaining return far exceeding expected,so how to make objective and fair accountability on highway BOT project financing decision is worth considering.
