摘 要:电助熔玻璃池窑是提高熔窑熔化能力的有效方法 ,本文介绍对某厂电助熔池窑的研究。在相似理论的基础上建立了电助熔玻璃池窑的物理模型 ,在对电流图形的观察和温度分布测量的基础上研究了电极排列、功率分布、熔化能力、熔池深度和电极长度。在电流和电压测量的基础上 ,确定了电极之间的玻璃电阻。进一步确定了调压器输出特性和专用的助熔设备。Electrical boosted glass melting tank is efficacious method which can raise melting capacity of furnace and this paper describes an investigation on one factory′s electrically boosted glass melting tank.A physical model of electrically boosted glass melting tank was established on the basis of theory of similarity.On the basis of observation on current patterns and measurement of the temperature distribution,electrode arrangement、power distribution、melting capacity、the depth of melting tank、the length of electrode was investigated.On the basis of the measurement of electric current and electic voltage,the glass electric resistance of electrode was determinated. The transformer seconary specific property and specifying electric bcosted melting equipment type was deteminated in advance.
