摘　　要：通过技术改造,消除了B1卷烟包装机供给烟支的NF卸盘机料斗后挡板的设计缺陷,降低了烟支的错乱频率,达到了提升产品品质、提高设备效率、降低原材料消耗、减轻操作人员劳动强度的目的。for B1 cigarette packaging machine collect scraps of NF discharge dish supply machine hopper tailgate of design flaws,when Milwaukee brewers unload collect scraps,susceptible to collect scraps disorder,cause the product quality defects,influence equipment efficiency,the raw material cost is increased.We by technical innovation,eliminate the original machine design flaws,the low frequency collect scraps disorder,improve product quality,improve equipment efficiency,save raw materials away,and reduce the operating personnel Labour intensity mesh.
