摘　　要：介绍了在M131W普通外圆磨床上通过对机床进行精度检测和导轨刮研,砂轮进行两次修整,使机床能加工超精度和低粗糙度的零件,降低了企业的生产成本,提高了企业的经济效益。the article introduces the common in M131W cylindrical grinders of machine tool for precision by testing and guide rail blow grind,grinding wheel two nap,machine can process the accuracy and low roughness parts,reduced the enterprise＇s production cost,improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
