摘  要:目的考察5种中药注射液与葡萄糖大输液配伍后不溶性微粒数量的变化。方法用微粒分析仪分别测定配伍前输液(5%葡萄糖注射液)及其与中药注射液(血塞通注射液、银杏达莫注射液、红花注射液、参附注射液、香丹注射液)配伍后的微粒数目,并考察配伍后不同时间测得的微粒数。结果输液中不溶性微粒数显著多于配伍前(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论输液与中药注射液配伍后微粒数目明显增多,在临床应用中应重视此现象,尽量避免药品不良反应的发生。Objective To study the changes of the insoluble panicles in glucose injection(5% ) and in the glucose injections mixed with 5 different Chinese herbal IV injections. Methods Counted the number of insoluble particles in glucose injection(5% ) and in the glu- cose injections mixed with 5 different Chinese herbal IV injections,and investigated the number of insoluble panicles in the 5 injec- tions at different times. Results The numbers of insoluble particles obviously increased after combination( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The increase of insoluble particles in these 5 Chinese herbal IV injections should be focused during clinical use. So the adverse reactions can avoid as far as possible.
