摘　　要：目的分析影响首台择期手术准时开展的原因并提出管控措施,提高手术室工作效率和医疗质量。方法随机抽取我院2009年1～12月300例择期手术病例,统计首台择期手术未准时开展的情况,对其原因进行分类和回顾性分析。结果影响首台择期手术准时开展的原因主要为以下几方面:手术医师因素、麻醉因素、运送因素、病人因素等。结论对于择期手术病人应强化术前准备措施,多部门协作,最大限度按时按期执行手术计划。这对提高医疗质量、降低科室和医院运营成本、缩短平均住院日以及减少不必要的医患纠纷有重要意义。Objective To analyze the causes influencing the punctual start of the first selective operation,and to put forward management measures in order to improve the work efficiency and work quality of the operation room.Methods 300 cases receiving the selective operation in our hospital from January to December,2009 were randomly selected.The data of those patients whose first selective operation was not carried out on time were collected.The delaying causes were classified and analyzed retrospectively.Results The delaying causes included factors of surgery physicians,anesthesia,transportation and surgery patients themselves,etc.Conclusion Preoperative preparation measures should be strengthened in the patients who will receive the first selective operation.Collaboration among different departments should be carried out,and the operation plans should be executed on time,which has great significance in improving the medical treatment quality,decreasing the running costs of departments and the hospital,shortening the length of hospital stay and reducing unnecessary medical disputes between medical personnel and patients.
