成都地区1597例军队男性中老年干部体检心电图分析

摘　　要：目的评估成都地区军队男性中老年干部心电图异常发生情况。方法在安静状态下,使用12导联心电图记录仪,采集1597例男性中老年干部心电图结果。结果正常心电图777例,异常心电图例820,其中ST-T改变149例(9.32%),Ⅰ度房室传导阻滞82例(5.13%),窦性心动过缓198例(12.39%),束支传导阻滞270例(16.91%),房性早搏40例(2.50%),室性早搏56例(3.50%),心房纤颤35例(2.19%),心房扑动3例(0.18%),陈旧性心肌梗死17例(1.06%),左室高电压11例(0.68%),电轴左偏34例(2.12%),安置心脏起搏器44例(2.75%)。结论成都地区军队男性中老年干部人群中,异常心电图的发生率较高,有必要加强心血管疾病的预防。Objective To evaluate the occurrence of abnormalities in the electrocardiograms（ECG）of male middle-aged and senile cadres from Chengdu city.Methods In a quiet state,the ECG of 1,597 male middle-aged and senile cadres were recorded by the 12-lead ECG recorder.Results The ECG results were normal in 777 cases and abnormal in 820 cases.The abnormalities included change of ST-T in 149 cases（9.32%）,atrioventricular block of Ⅰ degree in 82 cases（5.13%）,sinus bradycardia in 198 cases（12.39%）,bundle-branch block in 270 cases（16.91%）,atrial premature beats in 40 patients（2.50%）,premature ventricular contraction in 56 cases（3.50%）,atrial fibrillation in 35 cases（2.19%）,atrial flutter in 3 cases（0.18%）,old myocardial infarction in 17 cases（1.06%）,high tension of left ventricular in 11 cases（0.68%）,left axis deviation in 34 cases（2.12%）and placement of cardiac pacemaker in 44 cases（2.75%）.Conclusion Among these male middle-aged and senile cadres,there is a higher incidence of abnormal ECG results.It is necessary to strengthen the prevention of cardiovascular diseases in this population.
