大肠埃希菌临床分离株的基因型及耐药性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨我院临床大肠埃希菌分离株的药敏状况、致病性以及基因型情况。方法采用K-B琼脂法进行药敏试验,多重聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术进行基因分型。结果药敏结果显示该菌对多种常用抗生素具有耐药性,仅对亚胺培南等药物敏感。24株菌分为2个基因型,其中B2型4株,致病性最强;A型20株,致病性较弱,其他基因型未见。结论实验获得菌株具有较强耐药性和致病性,有必要采取相应的措施预防院内感染的流行。Objective To investigate the clinical hospital strains of Escherichia coli susceptibility status,pathogenicity and genotype distribution.Methods KB agar sensitivity test,multiplex PCR for genotyping were used.Results Results of drug resistance detection showed a variety of bacteria resistant to commonly used antibiotics,sensitive only to imipenem and other drugs.Twenty-four strains into two genotypes,of which 4 were B2 type,the most pathogenic.Twenty were A type,less pathogenic,no other genotypes.Conclusion The obtained strains were of strong resistance and pathogenicity,appropriate measures should be taken to prevent the prevalence of nosocomial infections.
