摘　　要：本文分析了一起20kV开关柜活门故障现象及原因,对相关元器件进行了测试,对其开关柜改造提出了依据,并最终对开关柜生产及验收提出了一些建议。This paper analysis an accident of 20kV switches cabinet valve, through the evaluation of each possibility, and testing the related components and data analysis, we find the reason. In the meanwhile we provide action plan on redesign, production process and final inspection.
