冷疗法治疗炎性外痔的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨冷疗法治疗炎性外痔的ll缶床疗效。方法将60例炎性外痔患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例，治疗组给予冷疗，对照组口服地奥司明片，同时用50％硫酸镁热敷。结果治疗组治疗前后症状程度积分分别为（10．5±1．3）、（6．4±1．2）分，对照组分别为（10．3±1．4）、（9．4±1．3）分，两组治疗前比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05），治疗后比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。治疗3d后，治疗组治愈率60．0％（18／30），有效率90．0％（27／30）；对照组治愈率10．0％（3／30），有效率53．3％（16／30），两组治愈率和有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论冷疗法治疗炎性外痔有效。Objective To explore the clinical effects of cold therapy in treatment of inflammatory hemorrhoids. Methods Sixty patients were separated into two groups according to the visiting sequence with 30 cases each. The treatment group accepted cold therapy, meanwhile the control group took the tablets diosmin and accepted hot compress with 50% magnesium sulfate. Results The symptoms evaluation score was （ 10.5 ± 1.3） scores and （6.4 ± 1.2） scores before and after treatment in treatment group, while （ 10.3 ± 1.4） scores and （9.4 ± 1.3） scores in control group,there was no significant difference before treatment between two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）, but there was significant difference after treatment between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. After 3 days treatment, cure rate was 60.0% （18/30）, efficient rate was 90.0% （27/30） in treatment group,while 10.0% （3/30）, 53.3% （16/30） in control group,there were significant differences between two groups（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Cold therapy is good for inflammatory hemorrhoids.
