摘 要:为进一步缩短工艺步骤以降低生产成本,提高产品竞争力,一步酶法工艺正成为国际研究的热点。总结了国内外7-ACA制备的研究工作,对当前各种制备工艺进行了综述。重点介绍酶法制备7-ACA的最新研究成果,对单酶法、双酶法与三酶法等工艺进行总结,分析了各工艺的优势,指出一些有待进一步研究解决的问题,展望一步酶法工艺制备7-ACA的工业化前景。With the aim of further lowering the production cost and enhancing product's international competitiveness by shortening the preparation steps, the single-step enzymatic processes are becoming one of the focuses of international research. The recent development of preparation processes of 7-ACA are reviewed. The latest study in preparation of 7-ACA by enzymatic methods is mainly introduced, and the processes including single enzyme system, dienzymatic system and tri-enzymatic system are summarized. The merits of respective processes are analyzed and their drawbacks which should be solved in the further research are pointed out. The promising prospect of the single-step enzymatic processes for industrial application is put forward in the end.
