摘　　要：[目的 ]了解泉州地区各型肝炎患者 TTV感染情况。 [方法 ]设计特异性引物采用巢式 PCR方法对 5 7例肝炎患者及 2 0例健康献血员的血清标本进行 TTVDNA检测。 [结果 ]肝炎患者 TTVDNA阳性率为 15 .8% ,其中乙型肝炎 (或重叠丁型肝炎 )患者 TTVDNA阳性率为 2 5 .0 % (6 / 2 4) ,非 A- G型肝炎患者 TTVDNA阳性率为 13.6 4% (3/2 2 ) ,甲、戊型肝炎患者未检出 ;健康献血员为 35 .0 %。TTVDNA阳性的 9例肝炎患者中 3例有受血史 ,单纯 TTV感染 3例治愈 ,TTV、HBV/ HDV重叠感染 6例 ,治愈好转 5例。[结论 ]本研究证实泉州地区存在 TTV感染。TTV感染可经血传播 ,其致病性较弱 ,对 TTV感染的流行病学及临床意义有待进一步研究。Objective] To investigate the infection status of transfusion transmitted virus (TTV) infection among hepatitis patients in Quanzhou area. [Methods] TTVDNA from sera of 57 hepatitis patients and 20 blood donors were detected by nested polymerase chain reaction (nested PCR) with specific primers. [Results] TTVDNA was detected in sera from 9 hepatitis patients among 6 patients with HVB + HDV, 3 with non A G and 7 blood donors. Among 9 TTV infected hepatitis patients, 3 patients were associated with history of recipient blood products, 3 patients with simple TTV infection, and 5 patients of 6 with HBV/HDV and TTV co infection were recovery. [Conclusion] There is TTV infection in Quanzhou area. TTV infection can be transmitted by blood but the pathogenicity is mild. Further study should be done to explore its epidemiology and clinical significance.
