摘　　要：目的调查北京万寿路社区60岁以上老年人群高血压知晓率、治疗率及控制率情况。方法 2009年9月-2010年6月,对北京万寿路地区5个社区2 071例60岁以上老年人进行健康状况调查,采用统一调查表面对面进行高血压患病及治疗情况调查和血压测量。结果 60岁以上人群高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率分别为75.9%、60.8%和33.2%。多因素分析结果显示,性别、年龄、体重指数、文化程度、吸烟史、高血压家族史是高血压知晓率、治疗率、控制率的影响因素。结论提高患者的健康保健知识,采取综合防治措施是提高高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率的关键。Objective To investigate the aware, curative and control rates of hypertension in people aged over 60 years in wanshou road communities of Beijing. Methods Hypertension and its treatment were investigated in 2 071 people aged over 60 years in 5 wanshou road communities of Beijing from September 2009 to June 2010 with unified standard questionnaire and their blood pressure was meausred. Results The aware, curative and control rates of hypertension in the aged people were 75.9%, 60.8% and 33.2%, respectively. Multiple factor analysis showed that gender, age, BMI, education level, smoking history, and family history of hypertension were the factors influencing the aware, curative and control rates of hypertension. Conclusion Improved health knowledge and comprehensive orevention and control measures are the key measures for increasing the aware, curative and control rates of hvoertension in aged oeoole.
