电针夹脊穴对佐剂关节炎大鼠脊髓P物质影响的免疫组化研究

摘　　要：为了观察电针夹脊穴对佐剂关节炎大鼠脊髓Ｐ物质样免疫阳性反应的影响，Ｗｉｓｔａｒ雄性大鼠１６只，随机分为正常对照组、佐剂关节炎模型组、模型＋电针夹脊穴组和电针夹脊穴组，应用免疫组化方法检测各组大鼠脊髓腰膨大Ｐ物质样免疫阳性反应的变化。结果：与正常对照组相比，佐剂关节炎模型组及电针夹脊穴组大鼠脊髓背角Ｐ物质样免疫阳性反应细胞明显增加，经统计学处理存在着显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），而模型加电针夹脊穴组大鼠脊髓背角ＦＬＩ细胞增加最为明显，与模型组及单纯电针组间也存在显著性差异（Ｐ＜ｏ．０１），上述结果提示电针夹脊穴可抑制佐剂诱发的脊髓背角ＳＰ的释放，使ＳＰ储存增加，从而有利于针刺镇痛。Objective: In Order to observe the influnce of Electric .Acupuncture(EA)Jiaji points on substance P like postive immunoactivity in spinal cord of Freund' adjuvant arthritis rats, 16 male, Wistar rats were randomly divided to normal control group, Freund' adjuvant arthritis model group,model plus EA Jiaji points group and EA Jiaji points group. Immunohistochemical technique was used to check the change of substance P like postive immunoactivity in spinal cord lumbar enlargment of all groups. Results: compairing with normal control group, Substance P like postive immunoactive cells in spinal cord were remarkbly increased in Freund' adjuvant arthritis group,EA Jiaji points group and model plus EA Jiaji points group.there was statistic difference between normal control group with other three groups. there was also statistic difference between plus EA Jiaji points group with model group and EA Jiaji points groups. The result shows that EA Jiaji point can depress Freund' adjuvant induced release of substance P in spinal cord back comer,and increase the storage of substance P, which contributed to acupuncture analgesia.
