益脉降压流浸膏降压及调节内皮素与降钙素基因相关肽的实验研究

摘　　要：益脉降压流浸膏经临床验证治疗老年高血压病气虚血瘀证有确切疗效。为进一步验证其降压效果和探讨其降压机理，对其降压及对内皮素（ＥＴ）、降钙素基因相关肽（ＣＧＲＰ）的影响进行了实验观察，并与牛黄降压丸对照比较。结果表明益脉降压流浸膏能显著降低自发性高血压大鼠（ＳＨＲ）的血压及ＥＴ，显著升高ＣＧＲＰ，改善ＥＴ／ＣＧＲＰ比值，且高、低剂量组间无显著性差异。上述作用均明显优于牛黄降压丸对照组。由此证明益脉降压流浸膏具有较好的降压及改善血浆ＥＴ、ＣＧＲＰ作用。由此提示纠正ＥＴ、ＣＧＲＰ失调作用可能是其降压的重要机制之一。It was certificated that yimaijiangya fluid extract was effective to senile hypertension with qi deficiency and blockage of blood vessels. In order to test this formula's lowering blood pressure effect and discuss its mechanism fourthly, blood pressure, ET and CGRP level in spontaneous hypertensive rat (SHR) were assayed and compared with that of niuhuangjiangyawan. The results indicate that extract could significantly lower blood pressure, decrease ET level, increase CGRP and adjust die ratio of ET/ CGRP. There were no differences between high does group and low does group. The hypotensive effect of extract was better than that of pill. The test suggests that extract has active effect to lower blood pressure and improve plasmic level of ET and CGRP. Correcting imbalance of ET and CGRP may be an important mechanism of Yimaijiangya fruid extract to low blood pressure.
