小儿先天性心脏病围手术期两种抗菌药疗效及经济学比较

摘　　要：目的：回顾性研究我院儿先天性心脏病围手术期预防性应用抗菌药方案,比较两组患者住院时间、术后感染率、住院费用、抗菌药费用等方面的差别,探讨围手术期抗茵药的选择。方法：选取2）10年1～6月行先天性心脏病手术病历341份,按预防性使用抗菌药品种分为头孢替安组（272例）和头孢曲松组（69例）,对观测指标进行统计学处理及数据分析。结果：两组患者的抗菌药预防使用时间、抗菌药日均费用、抗菌药总费用等三项指标差异显著（P〈0.05）;头孢曲松组较头孢替安组抗菌药使用时间缩短约0.5 d,日均费用及抗菌药总费用分别节省约41元和360元。结论：两组患者术后感染率差异无统计学意义,但头孢曲松组在经济学方面更有优势,可以有效降低医疗费用,减轻患者经济负担。A Beckenbach lime shaft kiln of some one steehnakmg enterpnse has oeen put into production for over two years and its start and stop of operation are frequent. A all-round examination and local repair of the inside of the kiln are done by the utilization of its shutdown time because of trouble. The examined result and damage cause of refractory are described and analyzed in the paper. This provides the basis of judgment of application conditions of the kiln equipment for the enterprises which produce lime with Beckenbach lime shaft kilns. It is thought finally that now the production technology and process of the kiln are mature and the normal service life of the kiln can be up to over 5 years.
